General Rental Terms

Vehicle use

The vehicle must be used only within the territory of Kyrgyzstan.
Any crossing of the border (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, etc.) requires prior written authorisation from KirghizAsia.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.
The Renter agrees to comply with Kyrgyz traffic laws at all times.
Sub-letting as well as commercial or sporting use are prohibited.

⚠ The Renter acknowledges that certain mountain tracks (Son-Kul, Kel-Suu, remote valleys) may be unpaved and difficult. Off-road driving is undertaken at their own risk.

Insurance

The vehicle is insured in accordance with Kyrgyz law (mandatory OSAGO insurance). This insurance does not cover: driving under the influence, intentional damage, damage to tyres / windscreen / undercarriage, or unauthorised off-road driving.

In case of an accident: call the police immediately (102), inform KirghizAsia, and do not leave the scene without an official report.

Fines & violations

All fines are the Renter's responsibility. An amount of 5,000 soms will be held for 30 days after return as a guarantee. If no violation is recorded, this amount will be fully refunded.

Vehicle condition

A condition report is carried out at departure and on return. The Renter is invited to photograph any existing damage at pickup. Any damage not noted at departure will be charged. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level.

Assistance

In the event of a mechanical breakdown not caused by the Renter, KirghizAsia arranges assistance. Any damage resulting from misuse (engine overheating, wrong fuel, extreme driving) remains the Renter's responsibility.

Disputes

Any dispute shall be governed by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Acceptance of Terms

I acknowledge that off-road driving and driving on mountain tracks is undertaken at my own risk.
